If you love BBQ, a VIP ticket gives you the chance to taste and judge some of the very best prepared by Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) teams. Last year’s People’s Choice tasting was so popular, it’s back again this year with some exciting new twists.

People’s Choice: Smokey Seafood & Chef’s Choice

Professional KCBS barbeque teams will compete for $1500 in prizes and you are the judge! First you’ll savor some Smokey Seafood Delights and decide the winner. Then be surprised by a “Chef’s Choice” prepared by the KCSB teams. It could be an appetizer, breakfast item, dessert or side dish. Which will be the best? You decide! Judging begins at 8:00pm in VIP building where you’ll enjoy unlimited water and soft drinks and 2 adult beverages.

People’s Choice: BBQ Pulled Pork

Everyone loves a good BUTT, whose will be the best? You’ll be the judge! Taste the juiciest, most tender, smokiest, fantastic pulled pork prepared by the KCSB teams. From St. Louis to Texas to Memphis and Carolina styles, the taste and textures will vary but it will all be TASTY! And you’ll be the judge of Naptown’s favorite BBQ! Judging begins at 2pm in VIP building where you’ll enjoy unlimited water and soft drinks and 2 adult beverages.

VIP Tickets are $25 in advance and $35 at the door for each day. Your ticket includes unlimited water and soft drinks,and 2 adult beverages.

EXCLUSIVE ACCESS: Your ticket gives you access to the VIP area throughout the day you’ve purchased. This exclusive area gives you a chance to take a break from the festival crowds and meet the event’s sponsors.
